RDI – Research, Development and Innovation Management System                                 

OPWAY Engenharia has begun to implement an RDI (research, development and innovation) management system under NP 4457:2007 – RDI management – management system requirements..

The underlying reason for implementing this system is to drive innovation in a planned and structured manner as a strategic asset of the Company. The organisation’s existing knowledge will be structured and kept at the disposal of our employees; creativity will be fostered to derive further improvements from a systematic search for new technical and organisational approaches and processes that are likely to enhance the organisation and add value for our customers.

Creativity in OPWAY Engenharia can be found in our values and behaviour, and so INOVWAY has been set up to stimulate creativity in the organisation.

The INOVWAY project has been conceived with the purpose of motivating our employees to come up with ideas that will help make our organisation more innovative.

In October of 2009, the concession audit was conducted by the Associação Portuguesa de Certificação (APCER) and this resulted in the certification of the research management, development and innovation system.
