The OPWAY Engenharia work force consists of around 800 people distributed through the various business sectors, the greater part of which are in their core area - Production.

Most of the OPWAY work force is under 40 years of age. The majority have been with the company for at least 10 years during which they have gained continuous professional experience. 75% of the staff are fixed workers.
