Because OPWAY Engenharia is so recent, it has only Social Audit of 2008, and therefore the reports presented OPCA and SOPOL 2007 too.
According to legislation (Legislation nº 35/2004, paragraphs 458º to 464º), OPWAY produce an annual Social Audit. This report is not only an important instrument for the management of this business sector through its systematic evaluation of strategies and the work force, but also a basis for optimization, for assessing productivity and company management quality.

Social Audits are considered essential for understanding the existing work force. Along with these two audits, we also publish a document drawn up by ANEOP - Associação Nacional de Empreiteiros de Obras Públicas (National Association of Public Works Constructors) – offering a comparative analysis of both companies’ situations within the group and with other ANEOP associated companies.
